1. Introduction

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed for medicines and healthcare products purchased from Yoshivam Pharma LLP (‘we,’ ‘our,’ ‘us’). As medicines are regulated items, certain categories are non-returnable as per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and Drug Control regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded once sold:
• Prescription medicines (Schedule H, H1, X drugs)
• Temperature-sensitive or perishable products (e.g., insulin, vaccines)
• Opened, used, or tampered packages
• Personal care, hygiene, and wellness products once the seal is broken
• Medical devices and health kits with broken packaging

3. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered (different from order)
• Damaged or defective item received at delivery
• Expired product received
• Missing quantity or product mismatch confirmed through proof (e.g., photo within 48 hours)

To be eligible for return:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Proof of purchase and delivery receipt must be provided

4. Return Process

    2. Provide order ID, reason, and photo evidence (if applicable).
    3. Our team will verify eligibility and arrange pickup through a courier partner, where feasible.
    4. Returned items are inspected upon receipt before approval.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after quality check.
    • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank, UPI, or wallet).
    • For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.
    • Partial refunds may apply if some products are accepted and others are non-returnable.
    • Shipping or handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is available, customers may choose replacement over refund. Replacements are subject to stock availability and regulatory restrictions.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once dispatched, the order is treated as final and non-cancellable except in eligible return cases.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel returns if:
• Product has been used or altered
• Return request is made after the allowed window
• The same issue has been previously claimed multiple times
